Purchases may be paid for by a number of different ways; our on line payment processing company PAYPAL, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks and we now accept Credit Cards. VISA, Mastercard and Discover. Just give us a call and place the order over the phone. If payment is made by personal check a 10 day wait period will apply.
Order Cancellation Policy
Here at Denver Tom we pride ourselves on quick and well packaged shipping. If for some reason you need to cancel an order that you have already placed, and completed payment. You will need to contact us within 24 hours, via email or give us a call.
If you are unable to cancel it within the allotted amount of time, and the order is processed, please follow our return policy for a full refund or product exchange.

At Denver Tom our main goal is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a print please contact us first. Prints must be returned to Denver Tom in good condition. Please be sure to package well. Upon receiving returned or exchanged print, Denver Tom will inspect the returned purchase and refund your money or send out the exchanged product. If the item is damaged or cannot be resold for any reason, the item will be shipped back to you.
Please allow us 2-3 weeks for processing. Delivery charges will not be refunded. All refunds and exchanges must be requested within 20 days of the original ship date. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you. A $10.00 or 10% of purchase price restocking fee per item, whichever is greater, will be charged on all standard return purchases.
